Bye Bye Tonsils

So May 22 I will be losing my tonsils. This comes after a 10 week battle with three seperate rounds of tonsilitis. All of which gave me a fever and required antibiotics. No human should be on antibiotics that long. So I saw the ear nose and throat doctor the other day and he said say bye to your tonsils.

Anybody had them out and can remember what it's like? I know the first few days are horrible but anything will be better then being on antibiotics for another 10 weeks!!
